This policy covers all rules for damaged, incorrect, or defective orders.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged in transit

  • Product leaked or defective upon arrival

Must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Allergic reactions

  • Change of mind

  • Discounted/sale items

  • Free gifts

3. Return Requirements

To approve a return, customer must provide:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Order number or proof of purchase

4. Refund Options

Once approved, refund will be processed as:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Bank transfer / mobile wallet (case-by-case)

Processing time: 3–7 working days.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the parcel is with the courier, cancellation is not possible.

6. Repeated COD Refusals

Customers who repeatedly reject COD parcels may face restrictions.
